He holds Bachelors degree in Electronics and Communications from Jawaharlal Nehru Technology University, India and Diploma in Management Information Systems from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, India.

Priti Sawant
With hands on experience in the realm of sales and marketing management, Priti has carved a niche as a key business strategist upscaling Magna's geographical reach across regions. She has a consistent track record of achieving targets, selling franchisees, training partners and mentoring teams, in her entire career span of 16 years. Prior to taking a plunge in Magna, she had a stint with Boston's Management Consultants and Accenture. She is qualified in Electrical and Electronics Engineering & Marketing Management.

Arindam Chakraborty
Arindam Chakraborty holds MBA in Business Management & Business Administration from Calcutta University. Armed with over 20 years of overall experience iin multiple roles and responsibilities in IT companies for last 16 years, he is currently Senior Vice President of our Staffing Division.
Earlier to Magna, Arindam had worked in Asia's leading CAD GIS software solutions organization namely Infotech Enterprises as Business Development Manager. Besides this, he was with Ingram Micro Corp, a Fortune 500, 30 billion $ IT distribution major as a Regional Manager for the Southern region. He has been awarded the Best Branch / Location Head twice in his career, for his contribution towards vertical growth for professional roles played in the organizations in the past.

Sanju Ballurkar
Sanju, Senior Vice President-IT Staffing & Software Services of Magna is a Post Graduate in Science from University of Maryland, MD USA. He also secured Master of Science degree from Fairfield University, CT USA and has over 16 years of professional experience including 10 years in the USA. During this period, he had a two year stint with Applied Research and Technology Development at University of Maryland, Baltimore, freelance consulting with Aerotek Engineering Services and about eight years of association with Pitney Bowes, CT, USA.
Sanju won worldwide acclaim by being the recipient of the United States Patent for the 'Weigh-On-The-Fly' technology that employs advanced software algorithms to be used in the apparatus for weighing mail pieces in motion.
